Do you do same-day orders and deliveries?

• Our same-day cut off time is 2pm PST, with all deliveries sent out after 6pm to ensure the recipient will be home to receive it.  Otherwise orders will be delivered the next day.

What is the minimum cost on a bouquet delivery?

• Our minimum order for a delivery is $35.00. In addition, all of our bouquets will have a delivery charge.

The flowers I received weren't the ones I ordered!

• Our floral supply is seasonal and we may not be able to provide the same flowers year round, if a flower you ordered is unavailable we will pick the best replacement.

What if my delivered flowers were wilted when they arrived?

• We do our best to ensure that all of our bouquets are made with the freshest available flowers.  However, if your flowers were wilted or dying when they arrived please give us a call at 1-250-384-2824 within 24-hours of delivery so that we can make this right.
